  • We are pleased to share that Bee Vectoring Technologies secured $3.0m in financing at a price of $0.25. This additional capital should help take the company well past 2018 to pursue its aggressive commercialization strategy for the remainder of this year and into next.
  • With the EPA approval of their technology expected this year, this capital couldn’t have come at a better time. Should the company receive approval (which management firmly expects it to), having growth capital on the balance sheet is imperative to going out and driving revenue. Further strengthening the company, is the current commitment from a number of farmers in Florida to purchase BEE’s products for the upcoming strawberry season. The company will use the additional capital to grow their pipeline of potential clients, as they have in Florida, to ensure successful launch of their product at the time of EPA approval.
  • We are also very pleased to share that the capital that was secured came from a group that has been long following the Bee Vectoring story, and firmly believes that the company is at an inflection point where growth over the next 18 months will be critical. This vote of confidence furthers validates our belief that Bee Vectoring is in a very strong position to corner a niche yet large market.
