The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Crickets.. possible tgif may be waiting to move under the  British Columbia  Regulations ( which they will have to wait till after the shareholders meeting later this month) before they make the aqusition of Harvest, as per tgif stating that the BC regulations are less stringent then Alberta.
May also be waiting for the regulation change to do a merger or aquistion of a Licensed Canadian grower in BC or Alberta . As outlined in thier LOI with Suicide Girls they would be using Suicide Girls branding in BC and Alberta markets..
Hopfully in the near future they will announce the start of constuction of the new building.
