Looks interesting at these levelsA lot of those directors that ate up cash are gone now. They are basically break even on course to profitability, with opportunity to upsell aditional modules. And trading at around 1x revenue, which seems pretty cheap for a decent software company. There is no upside or revenue growth priced in currently.
The real upside will come from getting casino's on board, apparantly they still have antiquated systems. Significant shareholder Ernest Moody trust is also majority holder for Skywire has purchased all the shares from Skywire in the past few years. And Skywire has significant connections to gaming industry. So that means majority holder is pretty bullish about this happening. Revenue per room is significantly higher for casinos than for hotels.
Situation looks a bit ugly now with too many irrational competitors. But I think over time this stock will do well for patient investors, if a take under does not happen that is.
