The Smart mobility segment comprises of the operation of electric vehicle (EV) battery swap stations.

My mistake! Had thought deal with loan payout stated June 28th 2018 as deadline for listing on HKSE but re-read of document shows it is 2019, so no worry about loan payout being undone. GLA
