RE:From Today's G&MWhich analysts are pricing a dividend cut into the stock? Probably  the same ones that printed the obituary for Veresen when it was yielding over 12%. It is very clear from their numbers that they are at about a 90% payout ratio and that is without an increase in contributions from SCR which they expect or any capital deployment.  With a rising rate environment that is conducive to the financing AD offers does it make sense for capital deployment to drop to zero in 2018?
