If any entity owned enough debs such that when they converted to equity were more than 10% of the company they would have to file. That’s around C$4m so it would not be a very effective method to get a big position.

I would also argue any holders still in since before the last deb restructuring aren’t very sophisticated as they had a chance to tender for cash and passed on the opportunity.
