What's a big deal !

What's a big deal !In my opinion, whether JCP will buy a seat in the Board or not, it won't make any difference. I just hate the people take advantage or criticize the difficult situation without merit. JCP really did not appreciate and underestimated what KWH management and its Board did so far for the company and shareholders. I did not find any clear plan, any detailed action or any constructive idea from JCP to help the administration to not derail their plans. Instead, every line I read is so mediocre, don't you think KWH management already did find any better solutions and worked with efforts on different obstacles in order to benefit shareholders? It's so sad for not getting any credit or congrats from minority after 2 years of high dividend payout...
"Easy said than done" ! not only JCP, any of us can do the job that most politicians do, talk a lot /Do a little. Instead of buying seat, JCP should buy more shares....Tha's more rational !
There is only one thing absolutely clear in my world of investment, I always either trust the management and its Board or get out......
Like I mentioned earlier, so far I did not find anything did not match or did not fit in my criteria range of my value of investment.
I still look for another quarter to make sure this fat dividend is safe and sound.
Patience will pay off....for sure!
Good luck to all value investors!
