The conversion threshold could be crossed if WTI gets to $80. We need $80MM of EV or $30, $30, $10, $10 for North Dakota, Canadian conventional, Little Bow ASP and cash on hand + working capital (which could be reached with a couple of good quarters and Edmonton west disposal). Seems very reasonable.
