Settlement in both parties best interestsThe government must know they are going to lose to Stans by now, IMO.  No legal entity would be fronting Stans all this money if Stans didn't have a winning hand.

I can only hope the new government can see the wisdom of making an offer before Stans is justified in raising the damage amount yet again.

A settlement would possibly mean they can get someone to bid for the properties.  Then low and behold the winning bidder would find a gently used rare earth processing facility near by for sale by a motivated seller.

That's right folks Kaska is still owned by Stans and is on care and maintenance.  Stans would probably consider the metal scrap value of @ 5 million as a starting point to negotiations. lol

This country has missed out on over 5 yrs of jobs and tax revenues thanks to their ridiculous corruption problems, IMO.  Time to get their act together IMO.
