Disagree with you again..........Prudent investors look at the whole picture(and potential)...They know this company sooner than later will have great sales and profitabily figures..Like he always said he wants to be the gold standard as far as abiding to the state regs.So we live through another hopefully very short delay..Cant ship with no valid license..Held nicely today

Quite confident brighter days ahead..We shall see..
