North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:FCX interest....First, I agree with you Tony.  FCX is the only logical buyer and there is no reason to move forward from a legal and financial perspective as (I also agree with Grim) that the NSU share price is unlikely to move much until the LZ zone is better defined.  Everything seems priced in and yesterday's drop was a sign of people taking money off the table after a nice (by NSU standards) run-up.  Plus, I wouldn't expect FCX to do anything given their current problems (and tremendous uncertainty) in Indonesia.  (Years ago I had some dealings with Indonesia and their views on mining and concessioning were unique and could put the mining company at tremendous risk, with worse case being losing the mine altogether or - more likely - having the terms become more beneficial for the govt.)
