RE:Another news!!Basically, this US investment fund is investing $50 million in the Montalva project. To sweeten the deal, the fund will have the option to buy 2 million GRB shares at a dollar within 5 years. I'm not 100% about this next part, but I believe this $50 million counts as equity investment so that any additional lenders will know that $50 mil of the investment is being put in by GRB so that the lenders know GRB is also invested in the project. With WND, the $55 mil was a bridge loan for all the grants that they expected to receive. So I don't know if this is a bridge loan as well? Anyone else have any insight to this?
