North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:FCX interest....If it is Freeport I think they will wait until the lower zone is a go and is of size and economics for a first tier miner. They also move slow and plan far out. They spun out the oil business for cheap and then bought it back at the peak of oil prices. They have been deleverging ever since to pay down all that debt. I think they would move faster if we hit a high grade that was big enough that allows them back in. They sold their share cheap hopefully they wont be to embarrassed to pay way up for it now.
