North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

As Grandich noted, the institutions that heavy owned NSU will decide its faith, not management that owns "squat" (as Grandich put it).

Now that NSU management sees a key shareholder is open to a deal (and the way they worded their comments was to imply Lundin and NSU need to come together and make a better deal offer work), NSU won't be afforded the luxury of just hoping Lundin goes away and now should "rush" to FCX and RIO to see if a better deal with them can be done.

Remember, in the end, FCX stands the best in all of this and is my personal favorite to end up with Timok (and possibly buy it and the LZ and allow Bisha to be spun off to NSU shareholders with other assets).
