RE:RE:RE:RE:Ok EarningsAt a certain point in time KMH and SM were performing to expectations, there is always going to be underlying risk with their partners - I mean that is to be expected - companies that pay 15% for capital are not going to be steady eddy cash cow type businesses...I think I'm stating the obvious here but they will likely have writedowns on their other investments at some point in the future...right now the market is betting that their book is worth what the balance sheet says because it's trading at book value.

IMO the price right now is fair, it was unusual and out of wack at $30/share. There are MANY alaris type entities in the US that they call BDCs that pretty much always trade at or below book.
