This portends a massive cultural shift at NXE.  Moving staff currently living in the Hong Kong of British Columbia to the Columbus, OH of the Prairies will be tectonic—let’s put it this way, Vancouver is Cricket Town sponsored by Gucci whereas Saskatoon is Hockey Town sponsored by Kraft. 
 
Meanwhile, Kazatomprom clearly has quickly developed a numbers problem at headquarters with over 5,000 bean counters ensconced in the Emerald Quarter.
