RE:RE:New Offsetting Production (March Volumes)

RE:RE:New Offsetting Production (March Volumes)The fact that people think that these jr names are being manipulated is ridiculous. I hear it all the time, retails investors trying to justify why a jr name, in a space no one cared about for 4 years isnt moving higher. The reason why it's not moving higher is because there's no reason for it to, until well results are out. The market is currently attributing a lot of risk (justifiably so IMO) to IBR. They trade at $750 per Acre! That's insanely cheap and the reason for that is because without wells IBR is bankrupt. It's not manipulation, it's adjusting for risk.

I do agree that Velvet is the logical buyer IF this thing sell but you should NEVER but a name on takeout speculation, unless you understand that’s speculating, not investing. Even if there was a takeout, given the recent M&A in the sector there wouldn’t be much of a premium which is why IF there is a takeout, I hope it happens late 2019 or 2020 when there might be a decent premium. There hasn’t been one acquisition in the last year that traded hands at a premium. If IBR sold tomorrow I  doubt it gets more than $0.60. IBR is worth much more than that if they get well's with a couple more in the ground by Christmas and has the chance to exit this year over $1.00, on the way to $1.50…..if they can execute.

Stock Manipulation and takeout talks are silly, let's watch them build a company out of this.

I'm long IBR.
