RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:More competition at home
RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:More competition at home ("Delta 9" or the "Company") has entered into a non-binding letter of intent (the "Letter of Intent") to become a preferred supplier of medical cannabis to Pharmasave.
Pharmasave is a member owned and governed cooperative of more than 650 independent community pharmacies across Canada.
("Delta 9" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a non-binding letter of intent (the "LOI") with CanPharma GMBH ("CanPharma") and Global Group Kalapa S.L. ("Kalapa") for the exportation of medical cannabis to Germany.
Westleaf and Delta 9 each own a 50% interest in the Project and will each initially contribute $3 million to the limited partnership which, together with debt financing, will be used for initial development of the Project. Delta 9 will provide certain cannabis genetics products to the Project. The Project is expected to be operational as early as the third quarter of 2018. Growforce,
The company expects to begin growing its first ACMPR-licensed crop by Fall 2018, and shipping to medical and retail purchasers in 2019. NAC's existing footprint of 11 coast-to-coast medical clinics and 40 pharmacies, it's new network of recreational cannabis dispensaries will initially grow across Western Canada, before expanding to include additional provinces where legally permissible. I'm pretty sure they don't have their own grow facility.
Bonify Medical Cannabis received their license to cultivate cannabis for medical purposes. Yes the competition is heating up, but Delta9 is still ahead in the game in my oipnion.
