Flowering cycle of a plant averages 8-9 weeks, another 2 weeks for curing, trimming, packaging and delivery. Meaning, you need an operational facility by mid September if you want a hope of reporting the a full quarters worth of expanded capacity. Or, another way to look at it, if your not fully operational by mid November, no revenue from the expanded facility will be included in the second quarter. Meaning, you'll be waiting until the first week of July 2019 for revenue from an expanded facility. From someone in the industry, a 6 month construction window, from start to occupancy, on a 70k sf building, is very, very aggressive.
