RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why not do a stock buy back instead of a reverse stock split

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why not do a stock buy back instead of a reverse stock splitI agree with you Vern.  The 930k Oskar keeps hammering on is most likely unallocated cash on hand.  ie. not slated for plans of operating capital, expansion capital etc.  Its sort of like slush fund cash.

I liek to spend money too but burning 100MM in 4 months, that takes talent.  Which is why I truelly belive its just unallocated cash and a poor PR slip up.  Probably discussed during presentation but then that leaves it open to peope like Oskar looking very hard for negatives.

VeritasVern wrote: the $930 k can't include the recent bought deal financing. If they actually only do have $930K the implication is that they will have to do another financing for operational requirement until they have good cash flow. As for other mj companies interested in them, that would be highely unlikely for the following obvious reason: Another round of financing dilutes the shares further and more share are needed to be issues due to the lower price point. The market will pummel this stock if this is the case.
