Sure thing and I am glad you looked into it. What is the motivation here then do you think ? There is really no "business" as yet so that can't be it. I can't imagine that they are in any danger of losing their listing on TSXV. Their stock when you look at it is doing actually fairly well considering the sector. I agree that HIP could do well in the future or I would not have invested. I am simply saying that I am nervous that a reverse split will cause this company and our shares to lose ground.

Again we will see when we see.
