There are legitimate medical uses for weed. If something can stop seizures, help with PTSD and so forth, fine--all the very best to those people.  But Oxy is a good example to illustrate what is going to happen when the pot shops open up.  If you think the Oxy epidemic was and is bad, just wait for this next wave of lunacy.  Pot is addicting, no matter what the liberal feminist government says--it is addicting and casues the more deadly addictions.  Brain chemistry.  I won't bore you with the details but it has to do with the limbic system in the brain, a primary area of dopamine production (the main feel good neurotransmitter--it builds up when pot or opioids or other drugs are used and causes euphoria which the person goes looking for again obviously and eventually becomes addicted). Pot loosens up the dopamine activity and heightens the chances that addiction occurs.  So we'll have pot brained unemployable people by the hundreds of thousands and more overdoes deaths when the more dangerous addictions go up.  Real smart these Liberals.  Children.  IMO
