A producer with Kaminak value add drilling focus...love it!

A producer with Kaminak value add drilling focus...love it!https://www.pinnacledigest.com/mining-stocks/making-junior-gold-buyout-kaminak-story/

Kaminak buyout at $520m, AGB current mc of $396m, drilling like crazy to extend eventual 200oz/y (with lowest quartile AISC!) LOM value...seems like $520 MC or 31% AGB appreciation is almost baked into the cake. Maybe gold's bear market has resumed, thus it's a bit reassuring to know that Kaminak was valued and bought out under severe bear market conditions.  If gold ever catches a bid and sentiment changes even to mildly positive (e.g., balanced portfolios's should hold 2 to 5% gold), a comparatively de-risked PRODUCER such as AGB might just garner a significantly higher maket cap.

Better return than T-bills for risk averse investors?  Decisions, decisions.

Best,

Poet
