Cyanide rains?

Cyanide rains?
The mine is not being exploited yet, but due to construction works we already "enjoy" the results of enviromental polution, dusty air and yellowish mud rains at all nearby locations - villages and towns, RESIDENTIAL, rest and recrational areas. What's gonna happen when this mine starts fully operating? Cyanide rains?
