Hey Kisadog,

Here's my question.

If it's already been determined that each GMA share equals .0825 of a KTR share, then that would mean that our share allotment would decline....would it not? As in 1 gma share equals .0775 KTR share or something like that.

If our share allotment doesn't decline, then this would mean the PP subscribers would not inherit KTR shares and can only do so on the open market. Does this makes sense?

GMA has added shares to the float, so total number of shares divided by the 17 million KTR shares should give the new ratio.....which would be a bit unfair that the BOD would wait knowing this PP was in the works to hand out free KTR shares.

The other scenario is that all the shares distributed in the PP would not be added to the total float and affect the KTR allotment. 

It doesn't specifically say, so it would be nice to know what's going on there.
