RE:Dilution or Consolidation

I don't understand this kind of volume without any price movement, sounds like a pre-arranged consolidation deal. So who is selling, and why? Same question re the buyer.

BXE has been such a major disappointment, and ths is coming from an long time optimist. Seems that over the years, every time there was a short term positive trend, management shafted shareholders with an action that drove the SP back down. I now agree, in BXE the shareholder doesn't rate consideration.
