Spiritleaf has over 100 locations in various phases of planning 
if you go to the Canadian franchise association website and look at the memberships
big companies. Like Burger King and Boston pizza and pretty much every franchise in Canada 
spiritleaf is the only cannabis company as of right now that is currently a member of the CFA 

this is huge for us in regards to privatized jurisdictions 
now id just like to see some supply agreements with government run jurisdictions

now as for the reverse split.  I think they will only do the reverse split when they have something else big lines up. Such as an M/A.  And the fact that they are motioning to vote it now to be done at a later date  is a good thing Two more weeks til the big vote can't wait til the law is passed so the more conservative minded financial institutions will be making the leap 

all in all. I've been disappointed with HIPs recent performance but at the same time I should aim that disappointment more towards the market makers 
anyways GLTA.  Unless your a short :)
