RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider Buying on Friday, May 18thNote when the insider buying occurred - immediately after the last news release that detailed the two buyout agreements.  Although Alaris is always working on new deals, I suspect there is nothing imminent. Senior management would not want to be seen buying shares within a few weeks of announcing a major new investment.  These guys are very professional in all that they do.

Buying Alaris with a dividend yield over 10% is bargain territory.  If Q2 is clean, the share price should rally back towards $20.
