The new update quotes the allegations of Mirbach, a convicted criminal, who was found guilty at his trial, after pleading "NOT GUILTY" at his first trial. Even Alex Pringle couldn't save him. In court, all that matters is what the judge determines, regardless of what actually transpired. And judges tend not to place much credence in the testimony of convicted crooks who return to their old lifestyles.
