RE:$33.50 takeover price from Blackstone

RE:$33.50 takeover price from BlackstoneMore lawyers jumping in investigating the management of LHO with the sale.  The offer from PEB is far superior, PEB is trading around $41 with .9 shares per LHO works out to $36.90 plus a cash bonus.  What were LHO management thinking?  I would rather go with PEB for a better deal by far. The feds might get involved also if this is dirty. I have added in the past week there is a good chance the present price will go much higher.
