They have been near term for a very long time.  While having permitting in place is cruial, they need to captialize on the permitting and get their processing plant in place. 

As a long term investor I want to see a timeline for its completion (revised feasibility study), as well as notice of completion steps.  This is also necessary for them to have credibility to obtain bank financing instead of captial injections that result in significant dilution.  I

t is certainly true that it is easy to manipilate this stock, often doing so with very small buy/sell and it does provide the opportunity to accumulate shares on the cheap.  However, to see long term growth we need to see improved action toward obtaining a revenue stream, which in turn results in risk reduction and increased value. 

I am certainly bullish on this stock or I would not be here.  There is real opportunity in North American cobalt mining.
