NAME CHANGE Post WGL acquisitionWould not be the first time that a company with poor investor relations and communications, due to its name, changes the name after a merger or other corporate event....
Regarding an earlier comment about the beneficial effect of asset sales, I point out that one of the recent corporate slide presentations highlights the income earning capability of their BC hydroelectric project, particularly as it is attractively indexed to inflation.
So if this is apparently such a great asset, enough that the company emphasizes it with its own slide in a recent presentation, no wonder that the market is wincing at the prospect of such an apparently good asset being sold to pay for WGL.
