I live in Northern Ontario. Where is your proerty located? Don't be so sure something might happen with the original offer. It won't be easy as all the backscratchers will be all in favour if it - underwriting opportunities down the road, but stil there is a fair chance we see a little massaging of the original offer...one thing for sure, I will vote no to the existing offer and be abondoning ship if it goes thru as this smells to high heavens...
