This company definitely looks promising, I agree with what you say.   The proposed 1 million square foot facility isn't really a big factor here IMO, for example, CANN (Heritage Cann, which I'm also in), is proposing a 3 million square foot facility, yet the stock price has been suffering forever.     So I think these days the square footage doesn't matter, it's other things that are more important (such as management, market niche, what the company intends to do whether it's growing dry cannabis or creating a brand of edibles, etc.  money in the bank , partnerships, etc).  Square footage these days doesn't matter, as there's tons more weed companies now that each have their own square footage as well.
