I guess your right and the market is wrong, the stock is going up in a steady manner. 

The have an offer for the European Business.
They have an activist professional hedge fund that values them at 35 dollars a share. 
They have a store for sale, that just went though a bid process and no one know what it sold for you but it could be quite a bit. 

Your telling us your the genious, these are the facts take a hike.
