RE:RE:Tight, tight float
RE:RE:Tight, tight floatEvery case is different depending on the situation, however as an example I will note that NNA last fall with approximately the same number of shares out went from 20- 30 cents or so to over $4 before drill results came out. That huge increase was partly the result fo the very frothy market ( where everything was going up) , but also the small number of shares out on NNA magnifying the demand. I should also note that after drill results came out that were not very good to put it mildly it crashed all the way back down, so those who bought at the top at $4.00 had a over 90% loss in a very short time.
Will AAX go to $4.00? Who knows but the above example shows the power of a low float stock when demand for it's shares suddenly hits. in our case we are not at $4.00 and have and still have a tiny market cap. IMO we have a much better shot at a sustained increase because we are drilling into a vein that we know from previous samples is mineralized nicely at the top and was even mined before.
Time will tell.
