No idea how they get this off ground floor but feels like a few big players like to get in with a ~3mil to ~6mil SH/position, difficult to do with out giving up % for current, could try forward float to try and get more rotation so others could possibly get in, maybe try to loosen up retail position app 11%, but not likely many would, maybe do a rights offer at the 3 level with possible more of a interactive player approach on the Frederator platform, Bell seems to be moving more towards this with the reorganize they have been doing, diffiicult to get the financial on this with all the moving parts, I increased my possible on this, just incase it takes off, as it prob jumps substantial if it moves imo
