I went to the AGM this afternoon. Penny was on the opposite side of the boardroom, near the entrance door...with her very expensive looking lawyer and two others...I watched her as the votes were read...she held it together very well...though I thought she was going to start crying. Her side received votes in the high 20's to 30's % range. I think Desmond and board are going to be able shake the scales of the snake now...and the stock climb up steadily. I do know there's going to be some positive press releases coming out in the next two weeks that they've been sitting on for this vote to be over.
