If recieving multiple bulk sample permits is a possibility it should certainly be advanced in tandem with the sampling and the effort to convert the lease. The government that provided the permit within weeks of submission is probably confused what they are waiting for.
The mini bulk samples will be useful for stepping out along strike quickly and into new areas. My ideal would be for them to permit a decline on comet Well (or a few!) and process the muck - like a big drill hole. They could be 1000m down dip within a year: keep going until the grade stops! thats how you prove this the fastest.
In the future we may look on this time as a strange opportunity to invest before to proof is in. I however am anxious to either be vindicated or proven wrong in my belief that this is what I think it is... Thats life I guess..
