Companies listed on the TSX that meet requirements of SP and capitalization (over a time period) are included on the TSX Composite Index - a list of companies that is supposed to represent the "health" of the index (the whole exchange) overall. 

After a couple of months of not meeting the requirement, PLI is being removed from that list. It's not really a surprise and the move from 0.80 to 0.65 is what you should expect. It could go lower.

To answer your likely next question - is this a good entry point. Maybe. If you want to hold for a while.

But you know what: This is the worst place to look for advice - it really is full of pumpers and bashers (more bashers!).

You should read the prometic.com website. And compare to other pre-approval Canadian companies.
