RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider trading activityAsset managers will of course have high ownership in any company because they have lots of funds to invest. You don't need to make it all confusing here. It's pretty simple, when managers own more of the company they tend to think in line with shareholders. It's that simple. The managers ownership relative to their salary is a stark difference. I'm sure they can afford to invest in their own company if they truly believe in the value and future performance of the company.

Polar Asset Management held for his clients about 2.5 million shares and $24.7 million Convertible Debenture. And there is another major shareholder who retired US$10 of senior notes for about 7 million shares (May 2 news release). So it looks like there are people with a lot of skin in the game and the management's role is operational and not necessary long term strategy.
