Here's the facts, I got involved with ACG a long time ago for under 10 cents a share and have sold shares since the January financial debacle for MANY times my costs, well in a profit situation. Amazing that when you people hear a comment that you don't like, it has to be from a bitter, upset investor that has bought to high in the market, right? Not the case, more upset with such poor handling of this company from management than what the market has done since the pullback, I will be in the money on ACG, even if I don't ever sell another share. 

Everything else that you mentioned requires money to implement, something that ACG doesn't have & no real prospects of getting any, as seen by the continued downward spiral in SP since January and not able to close a PP, that's not bashing, just a realistic evaluation of this company.
