In this case, it probably also included "We are aware of the shareholder concnerns and will review the situation accordingly. If you're on StockHouse, feel free to say you've heard back from us and encourage others to stop submitting complaints unless thay have some really great analysis. Please note it is not the Exchange's role to deterimine an Issue's financing needs, especially to discourage a company from rasing funds when management has determined it necesary."
As an added bonus, it may have included: "The Exchange is committed to ensuring that adequate disclosure is available for investors to make informed decisions. The result of any review may simply be a comprehensive press release addressing the concerns expressed in the complaints received."
