"Vancouver Boys" is a logical way to describe a group of men who live, work, or play in the Vancouver area. In this case, Vancouver being the area where the Blocplay/TokenPlay board of directors and their close personal friends generally seem to congregate. Sort of like saying "Those Bay Street boys..." to describe a group of guys who work in the investment/finance district in the Toronto area. It's also akin to describing people who live/work/play together like "classmates" or "cellmates".
