RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:something to think about
RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:something to think about When the recesion comes, the US will be hit very badly and without much room to maneuver from a fiscal point of view as Trump painted his country in a corner on that aspect. Their annual deficit isn't sustainable.
An if the Chinese starts to sell the $1.8T in US treasuries they own, Trump will have to beg them to stop.
Trump will not get the US into a recession unless he's clearly a moron.

US is the biggest consumer on the planet and is in trade deficit with every Country. All countries are retaliating and don't want to make the deals that Trump wants but if a recession hits and everyone is starving for business Trump will be able to dictate the deal he wants and Trudeau would be happy to give Trump anything as long as Trump brings the auto industry back to Canada... during a recession Trump will have more say as they are the biggest consumer nation. I believe Trump pumped up the US economy, interest rates and Jobs in preparation for a recession and US is well set to lose some during a recession but no other Country is set for that and it will hit them hard. Trump is a business man, he knows how to make others come to the table, he will starv them first they they come to him bagging for business...

I am more inclined to believe that Trump will do everything in his power to inflate the economy like never before in order to get re-elected. I think we still have a medium term horizon before the downside is felt and NMX, although it may dip lower, is trading at a huge discount from its NPV, even if the price of lithium swings on either side of the spectrum.
