Maybe this is a nobrainer-and I have been accused as having no brain... but I dont see the 10x

Not sure where you were going with the relationship between sales and market cap.
We’re looking at the market cap about a third of revenue,

In my experience, it isn’t very predictable

I took a quick look at comparables using this metric, and here is what I found:

Empire revenue 23 billion, market cap 5 billion
PE typically around 10
Loblaw’s revenue 46 billion, market cap 26
PE around 15 historically
Whole foods market cap 13 billion, revenue 15b
PE 25-34
Clearly, growth played a role in its valuation, but then again EPS crew over 5000%From 1992 to 2016

I’ve been watching this one, as I do like small caps that are just starting out, and have just listed, and show some potential.

You can  have a homerun if you pick a good one, because they are under the radar, and institutional investors can’t buy these ones yet

But I’m not seeing it here.

They continue to lose money, and as they open up new stores, more money is lost

Looking at the recent SEDAR Report, they lost 1.2 million (0.4/share)

Maybe I’m just stupid, but I see them losing money with poor margins, in a poor margin industry, facing threats from big box stores like Walmart and now Amazon

The genesis of this company is also quite odd don’t you think?

Started as a resource company, crestwell, then became a very odd social media company-style cameos , which was clearly a bust, then sold back to form this company.

Then under section 4, they talk about the formation of the company and ascribing a $..40 value to the shares.
Part of that was over $2 million in Goodwill.

It’s starting to look to me like a shell looking for a company

I’ll keep checking in every now and then to see if anything develops, but right now I’ll just keep my money parked where it is

Going to check out of this one for a while
