RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:For the gamblersJoseph, totally agree with you. This is why I am holding shares for both EUO and OEE. I am also bidding for both EUO and OEE right now. By comparing to EUO, I think OEE has stronger fundamentals and greater potentials for making some profits. How do you think? Hopefully, our bids at the bottom prices can be filled before both of them move up. Thanks again for your comments. Cheers.

I don't think the paper loss would affect any decision going forward. If they buy and wind up the company, it is a loss that can probably be applied against other taxable gains. Assuming Swiss taxation laws are similar to what we have in North America.
As for the value of Xenemetrix, XwinSys, Croptimal, etc, I agree. I personally give all of it very little value considering the amount of revenue the parts generate. However, the net cash plus owed royalty stream is still double or so what the company is currently trading for.
I still think SICPA could pay a healthy premium, save a few million, eliminate some compensation problems and then do whatever they wanted to with the rest. Spin it off or toss it all in a dumpster. I'd be taking the deal so I wouldn't be concerned about what became of the rest.
Although to be fair, all of the tech EUO has is what originally got me interested in the company. It all still has some potential, in the right hands.
PS, I don't know if I should say take the OEE discussion to the OEE board, or join in, as nothing is happening here. Did EUO even trade yesterday? 3k so far today? On the other hand, that still beats the zero shares OEE has traded today. Both are on ignore by the market. I'm still bidding for both right now. I'm starting to nibble at TV just now at 92c - if you want to discuss something else. 3c/sh earnings last Q, insiders having to execute or lose warrants/options to expiry, bottom of the zinc seasonality price cycle. A perfect storm to drive it well into over sold territory.
