More holes were drilled there opposed to Gold Bar because Gold Canyon is the family jewel so to speak in that region in Nevada. Gold Canyon is located NW of McEwen's Gold Bar mine development project.

 

• Northwest is also the direction research has shown the gold to be flowing. McEwen’s Stock is currently over $2.00

 
With all that said, Samples for Gold Bar and Gold Canyon were sent in the same day, received Assays for Gold Bar in less than 3 weeks. Company has acknowledged Assays for Gold Canyon will be out in July. Given that Gold Bar assays were received on Wednesday Gold Canyon will most likely come the first week of July (next week) Given the US and Canadian Holidays.
 
This is a great play as its expected to rise into high teens over the next few trading days as we await the Canyon Project Assays. Once those are received in my honest opinion you wont be able to get a share below .27 - .28 (based on anticipated numbers and calculations).

Well they sent in 2 samples from gold bar and 5 from canyon so it's possible it could still be another 2 weeks or so before those come back.
