RE:RE:RE:RE:Enb will likely get to 50.00 now....imho@Sadie When the L3RP started to run into the USA-side hurdles, I stated my concern about what the implication of a rejection by MN PUC would mean to ENF. The Canada-side of the project was already well underway (USA-side that was not the case th a large extent), and it was not clear to me how a rejection would affect the sunk costs of the Canada-side investment. Certainly if it became a stranded asset (at best matching to the ~50% reduced flow of the old L3 USA-side), then that would have implied a major investment loss for ENF. Rejection seemed to me a fat tail risk, which drove the stock down hard once the implicaitions of the issue became clear. Elimination of the risk of loss of those already sunk costs is why I think ENF may have more leverage in negotiations with ENB vs. EEP on the USA-side. In any case, common sense prevailed in the MN PUC decision, and ENB and partners will undoubtedly move quickly now, as the ENB annoncement today inidicated.
