I get that. Sorry to be repetitive but if everything is so great why then did they need to raise a million dollars at such a low price? With all this money supposedly about to flood in, couldn't they have just got a loan? A back-room-circle-jerk-with-your-buddies-deal like this just proves (as the website does) that they don't care about shareholders. A 30 cent financing with 45 cent warrants is a cynical move that just chops long suffering small shareholders (who can't participate) off at the knees. The insiders may be buying but don't be naive, they are just lining their pockets at your expense. They should be ashamed of themselves.
